1MORE BLUETOOTH WIRELESS HEADPHONES

  1. BLUETOOTH HEADPHONES WON'T TURN ON:
    Make sure your headphones are charged. If not, please charge them for at least 30 minutes

  2. THE HEADPHONES AND MY DEVICE DO NOT CONNECT OR TAKE A LONG TIME TO CONNECT: 
    - Check that your headphones are in the "discoverable" mode – the LED will be blinking (red and blue lights flash alternately)

    - Make sure that your headphones are not connected to other devices, and that your device is not connected to other Bluetooth devices.

    - We recommended that you press and hold both the Vol+ and Vol- buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. The pairing history of the headphone will be cleared and will automatically enter the discoverable mode.

    - If they are still not connecting, restart your device to connect.

  3. MY ANDROID DEVICE SUCCESSFULLY CONNECTS TO THE HEADPHONES, BUT THE HEADPHONES PLAY MUSIC:
    After pairing successfully, on the Bluetooth menu of your device, tap the icon on the right of your device name and make sure the "Media Audio" option is on.

  4. MY ANDROID DEVICE SUCCESSFULLY CONNECTS TO THE HEADPHONES, BUT THERE IS NO SOUND FROM THE HEADPHONES WHILE MAKING CALLS:
    After pairing successfully, on the Bluetooth menu of your device, tap the icon on the right of your device name and make sure the "Phone Audio" option is on.

  5. THE BLUETOOTH CONNECTION IS NOT STABLE, CAUSING SOME INTERRUPTIONS.
    - Try shortening the distance between your headphone and device. Avoid solid barriers in between.

    - Keep away from strong interference sources, such as WiFi and GPRS receivers.

    - Make sure the Bluetooth antenna of your device is not blocked.

  6. WHILE USING THIRD PARTY MUSIC/VIDEO PLAYER APPS SOME IN-LINE REMOTE CONTROL FUNCTIONS DO NOT MATCH THOSE IN THE MANUAL:
    Your operating system and the third party music/video player apps may have a different setting for the in-line remote control functions.

  7. I ADJUSTED THE IN-LINE REMOTE CONTROL TO THE MAXIMUM VOLUME, BUT THE ACTUAL VOLUME STILL SOUNDS LOW:
    In different operating systems, especially some Android systems, the headphones and your device have separate volume control systems. Please adjust the volume controls on both the device and the headphones according to your preference.

1MORE WIRED HEADPHONES

  1. SOME IN-LINE REMOTE CONTROL FUNCTIONS DO NOT WORK WITH MY DEVICE:
    - The headphones are compatible with iOS and Android systems and only support audio jacks that follow CTIA standard.

    - Some functions may be different based on the original software loaded on your device. If this is the case see your device instruction manual for details.

  2. THE IN-EAR HEADPHONE TIPS EASILY FALL OUT OF MY EARS:
    The tips are most likely the wrong size for your ear canals. We've provided additional tips in different sizes with the headphones. Try the different sizes to find the best fitting tips. The goal is to achieve a snug-fitting seal.

  3. I HEAR ABNORMAL NOISES, SUCH AS STATIC:
    - For the best audio performance, use high fidelity lossless music files (> 20MB per song). 

    - Your device may not have proper shielding, which causes interference and creates abnormal sounds. Try using another device that has a proper shielding.

  4. WHILE USING THIRD PARTY MUSIC/VIDEO PLAYER APPS SOME IN-LINE REMOTE CONTROL FUNCTIONS DO NOT MATCH THOSE IN THE MANUAL:
    Your operating system and the third party music/video player apps may have different settings for the in-line remote control functions. We recommend that you use the music/video player apps that your device has originally provided.

  5. I ADJUSTED THE IN-LINE REMOTE CONTROL TO THE MAXIMUM VOLUME BUT THE ACTUAL VOLUME STILL SOUNDS LOW:

IPHONE 7 COMPATIBILITY - INLINE CONTROLS (VOLUME UP AND DOWN) ARE NOT WORKING WITH THE IPHONE 7 DONGLE:
1MORE headphones are compatible with iOS devices, so the problem could be one of two things:

  1. The headphones themselves are defective
    To see if this is the case test your headphones on a different device (preferably one that is similar to yours) and see if the controls work. If the inline controls work on another device it is the dongle that is causing the issue. Refer to steps below
    If the inline controls do not work on a different device your headphones are defective. Please contact info@1moreau.com with your Order # and we will sort out for them to be repaired or replaced.

  2. The controls are not working correctly with the dongle
    Follow these steps to resolve any issues while using the iPhone 7 dongle:
    - Quite whatever music player or app you are currently using
    - Unplug the headphones from the dongle
    - Unplug the dongle from the phone
    - Plug the dongle back in, as well as the headphones and re-open the music app
    - If this does not resolve the issue repeat steps 1-3 then restart your phone
    - If this still does not resolve the issues contact Apple and get your dongle replaced.

    Note: You can also test if your dongle is the cause of the issue by trying different headphones with your dongle to see if it works.

Our products are only compatible with iOS and Android Operating Systems, not OS X.

Currently, the Titanium Triple Drivers are the only set of headphones compatible with OS X.

To improve microphone quality please ensure your device is updated with the current iOS.

To further optimise microphone quality please:
- Download the 1MORE Assistant App (available free at the Apple App Store)
- Open the app and the click on the drop-down menu on the top left side
- Choose "Version Info" and select "Headset Upgrade"
